Three questions worth exploring

PUBLIC RESEARCH

These are hypotheses to discuss, with current baselines unmeasured. They do not establish that a problem or loss occurs in this business.

01OWNER INPUT NEEDED

Would a consistent property-and-service checklist shorten the time needed to prepare an accurate quote?

A local quote-intake checklist flags missing window counts, access notes, service type and customer-supplied photos before human review.

What we could measure together

Measure: Median inquiry-to-owner-approved-quote time (hours).

Agree eligible work, observation window, quality threshold and exclusions with the owner before comparing.

Acceptance boundary: Never estimate job safety or final pricing from an image; preserve owner site checks.

02OWNER INPUT NEEDED

Could grouping compatible visits by area reduce travel while preserving customer appointment windows?

A spreadsheet compares the current route with owner-approved area clusters using anonymized locations and fixed visit windows.

What we could measure together

Measure: Travel minutes per completed visit (minutes/visit).

Agree eligible work, observation window, quality threshold and exclusions with the owner before comparing.

Acceptance boundary: Do not move bookings automatically; retain all jobs and service commitments.

03OWNER INPUT NEEDED

Would a seasonal equipment checklist reduce preventable return trips for missing supplies?

A service-specific pack-list and exception log covers cleaning equipment and seasonal lighting inventory.

What we could measure together

Measure: Supply-related return trips per completed job (trips/job).

Agree eligible work, observation window, quality threshold and exclusions with the owner before comparing.

Acceptance boundary: A checklist does not replace equipment inspections or safe work practices.
