Autarko

SOVR's public design pairs customer-owned hardware with human approval and recorded decisions.

A public strength profile and free toolkit from a fellow founder. This is an independent contribution, not a website operated by Autarko.

A possible path through the work

PROPOSED FLOW
  1. 01Request
  2. 02Define

  4. 04Deliver
  5. 05Verify

These stages are a starting point for owner review. The interactive workspace includes a rotatable 3D view of this proposed flow.

Three questions worth exploring

PUBLIC RESEARCH

These are hypotheses to discuss, with current baselines unmeasured. They do not establish that a problem or loss occurs in this business.

01OWNER INPUT NEEDED

Could a readiness checklist reduce missing information before a hardware-and-role configuration quote?

An intake validator records approved roles, data sources, access scope and hardware constraints before a human configuration review.

What we could measure together

Measure: Quote requests needing a second requirements round (percent).

Agree eligible work, observation window, quality threshold and exclusions with the owner before comparing.

Acceptance boundary: No hardware purchasing or customer-system access.

02OWNER INPUT NEEDED

Would a source-freshness test help keep policy-based agent drafts tied to the correct document version?

An offline fixture suite mixes current, superseded and missing policy excerpts and checks citations and abstentions.

What we could measure together

Measure: Draft answers correctly citing the owner-approved current policy (percent).

Agree eligible work, observation window, quality threshold and exclusions with the owner before comparing.

Acceptance boundary: Use synthetic policies; no approval or autonomous task execution.

03OWNER INPUT NEEDED

Could a measured workload comparison identify whether an agent role adds useful work within an agreed resource budget?

A measurement worksheet compares the existing process with one SOVR role, retaining quality, elapsed time, overhead and uncertainty separately.

What we could measure together

Measure: Whole-system energy per correctly completed and approved task (Wh/task).

Agree eligible work, observation window, quality threshold and exclusions with the owner before comparing.

Acceptance boundary: No energy-saving claim from CPU time, token counts or modeled power; qualified measurements are required.

PORTABLE PACKAGE

Make work easier to follow

Use a workboard, acceptance criteria, revision fingerprints and measurement records to define the next useful step.

Prepare and explore

Grant Factory drafts from supplied facts, a public opportunity scout, and fictional-money paper trading tools are included.

Coordinate and learn

LumaCare supports nonclinical coordination practice. Optional AI drafting uses the member's own API account and credits.

The public workspace stores work in your browser. The downloaded Python app adds local backups and optional hourly public-source scout and paper jobs while it stays open. No shared team accounts, clinical deployment, grant submission or live trading are included.

Public sources and corrections

The strength description and questions come from the reviewed public research below. Owner corrections and actual operating records should guide any next experiment.
