These stages are a starting point for owner review. The interactive workspace includes a rotatable 3D view of this proposed flow.

Three questions worth exploring

PUBLIC RESEARCH

These are hypotheses to discuss, with current baselines unmeasured. They do not establish that a problem or loss occurs in this business.

01OWNER INPUT NEEDED

Could a consistent evidence checklist make a submitted skill portfolio easier for a reviewer to inspect?

A fictional portfolio template links each claimed skill to an artifact, task description and review note.

What we could measure together

Measure: Reviewer minutes per portfolio with complete supporting evidence (minutes/portfolio).

Agree eligible work, observation window, quality threshold and exclusions with the owner before comparing.

Acceptance boundary: No automated hiring recommendation or inferred skills.

02OWNER INPUT NEEDED

Would clearer evidence instructions reduce candidate resubmissions caused by incomplete portfolios?

A local completeness preview highlights omitted artifacts or explanations before a person submits them.

What we could measure together

Measure: Portfolios returned solely for missing submission fields (percent).

Agree eligible work, observation window, quality threshold and exclusions with the owner before comparing.

Acceptance boundary: Do not alter assessments or help applicants misrepresent their work.

03OWNER INPUT NEEDED

Could role-specific rubrics make human reviews more consistent without hiding disagreement?

A synthetic calibration sheet compares independent reviewer labels and exposes disputed rubric wording.

What we could measure together

Measure: Reviewer agreement on explicit rubric items (percent).

Agree eligible work, observation window, quality threshold and exclusions with the owner before comparing.

Acceptance boundary: Keep reviewers in charge; exclude protected traits and avoid candidate ranking.
