LearnKairo

The roster describes a tutor designed around guided reasoning and checks for understanding.

A public strength profile and free toolkit from a fellow founder. This is an independent contribution, not a website operated by LearnKairo.

Three questions worth exploring

PUBLIC RESEARCH

These are hypotheses to discuss, with current baselines unmeasured. They do not establish that a problem or loss occurs in this business.

01OWNER INPUT NEEDED

Could tutoring hints reveal the answer too early or fail to follow an educator's intended sequence?

A regression evaluation that checks hint sequencing against a teacher-defined rubric and links flagged examples.

What we could measure together

Measure: Hints that violate an educator-approved guidance rubric (violations per fixed prompt set).

An educator scores existing responses to a frozen set of synthetic tasks, retaining all failures and abstentions.

Acceptance boundary: No claim of learning gains; rubric and answer key require educator approval.

02OWNER INPUT NEEDED

Could repeated misunderstanding go unrecognized before a human needs to intervene?

A bounded review queue for possible repeated-error patterns with an explanation of the trigger.

What we could measure together

Measure: Missed or unnecessary escalation flags on labeled scenarios (flags per scenario set).

Have educators label synthetic stuck-learner dialogues and score the current escalation policy.

Acceptance boundary: No diagnosis, autonomous grading, or student ability ranking; human review determines support.

03OWNER INPUT NEEDED

Could progress summaries overstate understanding when they rely on incomplete activity logs?

A citation-first summary that distinguishes completed activity, observed checks, missing data, and uncertainty.

What we could measure together

Measure: Unsupported statements in a progress summary (statements per reviewed summary).

Compare summary claims with source events in a synthetic or approved deidentified sample.

Acceptance boundary: No inference of mastery from engagement alone; parent or educator review before use.

PORTABLE PACKAGE

Make work easier to follow

Use a workboard, acceptance criteria, revision fingerprints and measurement records to define the next useful step.

Prepare and explore

Grant Factory drafts from supplied facts, a public opportunity scout, and fictional-money paper trading tools are included.

Coordinate and learn

LumaCare supports nonclinical coordination practice. Optional AI drafting uses the member's own API account and credits.

The public workspace stores work in your browser. The downloaded Python app adds local backups and optional hourly public-source scout and paper jobs while it stays open. No shared team accounts, clinical deployment, grant submission or live trading are included.

Public sources and corrections

The strength description and questions come from the reviewed public research below. Owner corrections and actual operating records should guide any next experiment.
