Three questions worth exploring

PUBLIC RESEARCH

These are hypotheses to discuss, with current baselines unmeasured. They do not establish that a problem or loss occurs in this business.

01OWNER INPUT NEEDED

Could important preferences or exclusions be scattered across early planning conversations?

A draft event brief that organizes provided preferences, accessibility needs, timing, and budget limits without filling unknowns.

What we could measure together

Measure: Required brief fields needing later clarification (fields per approved brief).

Audit existing anonymized briefs against a planner-approved checklist and count late corrections.

Acceptance boundary: Planner and client confirm the brief; avoid sensitive inferences or invented preferences.

02OWNER INPUT NEEDED

Could vendor quotes be hard to compare when their inclusions and timing differ?

An extraction tool that places quote terms in a comparison table and links each cell to its source.

What we could measure together

Measure: Time to produce an approved like-for-like quote comparison (minutes per comparison).

Time current comparisons and count missing terms using the same sanitized quote set.

Acceptance boundary: No bookings, purchases, negotiations, or commitments; planner verifies every extracted term.

03OWNER INPUT NEEDED

Could schedule changes fail to reach every dependent task in an event plan?

A dependency-aware checklist that flags affected tasks and drafts a revised run-of-show.

What we could measure together

Measure: Unresolved dependent tasks after a plan revision (tasks per revision).

Replay a small set of historical or synthetic changes against the existing checklist.

Acceptance boundary: Planner owns the final schedule; tool does not message vendors or change reservations.

Public sources and corrections

The strength description and questions come from the reviewed public research below. Owner corrections and actual operating records should guide any next experiment.
