Three questions worth exploring

PUBLIC RESEARCH

These are hypotheses to discuss, with current baselines unmeasured. They do not establish that a problem or loss occurs in this business.

01OWNER INPUT NEEDED

If a service catalog is being developed, could location, availability, and logistical requirements become inconsistent?

A catalog completeness and freshness checker with draft questions for the service owner.

What we could measure together

Measure: Catalog entries missing an owner-verified logistics field (entries per proposed catalog review).

Define a synthetic catalog and required administrative fields before assuming a live service workflow exists.

Acceptance boundary: Do not imply services are live or clinically appropriate; no diagnosis or wellness-plan recommendation.

02OWNER INPUT NEEDED

If providers are listed, could the provenance and review date of administrative documents be difficult to track?

A document-status register that links source, date, reviewer, and next administrative check.

What we could measure together

Measure: Provider records without a traceable document source or review date (records per synthetic audit set).

Use fictional records and an owner-defined administrative checklist; mark verification status unknown without a receipt.

Acceptance boundary: This does not verify credentials, licensing, clinical quality, or regulatory compliance.

03OWNER INPUT NEEDED

If appointments are coordinated, could booking changes be hard to reconcile across participants?

A read-only scheduling reconciliation report with staff-reviewed notification drafts.

What we could measure together

Measure: Unresolved booking-status conflicts (conflicts per synthetic scheduling set).

Test fictional booking, cancellation, and reschedule events against explicit state-transition rules.

Acceptance boundary: No booking changes, messages, or clinical prioritization; do not collect health histories for this test.

PORTABLE PACKAGE

Make work easier to follow

Use a workboard, acceptance criteria, revision fingerprints and measurement records to define the next useful step.

Prepare and explore

Grant Factory drafts from supplied facts, a public opportunity scout, and fictional-money paper trading tools are included.

Coordinate and learn

LumaCare supports nonclinical coordination practice. Optional AI drafting uses the member's own API account and credits.

The public workspace stores work in your browser. The downloaded Python app adds local backups and optional hourly public-source scout and paper jobs while it stays open. No shared team accounts, clinical deployment, grant submission or live trading are included.

Public sources and corrections

The strength description and questions come from the reviewed public research below. Owner corrections and actual operating records should guide any next experiment.
