STARRA

STARRA describes a business focused on developing digital products, with AI central to its approach.

A public strength profile and free toolkit from a fellow founder. This is an independent contribution, not a website operated by STARRA.

A possible path through the work

PROPOSED FLOW
  1. 01Inquiry
  2. 02Scope
  3. 03Prepare
  4. 04Deliver
  5. 05Follow up

These stages are a starting point for owner review. The interactive workspace includes a rotatable 3D view of this proposed flow.

Three questions worth exploring

PUBLIC RESEARCH

These are hypotheses to discuss, with current baselines unmeasured. They do not establish that a problem or loss occurs in this business.

01OWNER INPUT NEEDED

Could each active product idea be tied to one specific user task and a recorded piece of customer evidence?

A product decision sheet that records intended user, job to be done, evidence source, next uncertainty, and the owner's next decision.

What we could measure together

Measure: Active ideas with an explicit user task and supporting evidence (percent of active ideas).

Agree eligible work, observation window, quality threshold and exclusions with the owner before comparing.

Acceptance boundary: Do not invent a product, customer interview, demand, or revenue; fewer active ideas is not automatically success.

02OWNER INPUT NEEDED

For an existing product, can its operating effort and vendor spend be related to completed, accepted user tasks?

A spreadsheet joining owner-supplied bills and task counts for one product, with shared costs and missing allocations shown separately.

What we could measure together

Measure: Owner-recorded operating cost per accepted user task (USD/accepted task).

Agree eligible work, observation window, quality threshold and exclusions with the owner before comparing.

Acceptance boundary: Do not estimate margins from unknown bills, omit failed/repeated tasks, or treat dollar cost as energy consumption.

03OWNER INPUT NEEDED

Could product feedback lead to clearer decisions if every report identifies the affected product and version?

A local feedback register that groups duplicates while preserving original reports, affected version, evidence, and disposition.

What we could measure together

Measure: Feedback items linked to product, version, and an owner decision (percent of feedback items).

Agree eligible work, observation window, quality threshold and exclusions with the owner before comparing.

Acceptance boundary: Use consented or synthetic examples; no automatic product changes and no invented user impact.

PORTABLE PACKAGE

Make work easier to follow

Use a workboard, acceptance criteria, revision fingerprints and measurement records to define the next useful step.

Prepare and explore

Grant Factory drafts from supplied facts, a public opportunity scout, and fictional-money paper trading tools are included.

Coordinate and learn

LumaCare supports nonclinical coordination practice. Optional AI drafting uses the member's own API account and credits.

The public workspace stores work in your browser. The downloaded Python app adds local backups and optional hourly public-source scout and paper jobs while it stays open. No shared team accounts, clinical deployment, grant submission or live trading are included.

Public sources and corrections

The strength description and questions come from the reviewed public research below. Owner corrections and actual operating records should guide any next experiment.
