TAKEOFF FALL 2026 · HEALTHCARE

True Vena

True Vena provides mobile blood draws, specimen collection and delivery, and onsite phlebotomy services. Its delivery model brings appointments to homes, workplaces, and facilities.

A public strength profile and free toolkit from a fellow founder. This is an independent contribution, not a website operated by True Vena.

A possible path through the work

PROPOSED FLOW
  1. 01Request
  2. 02Readiness
  3. 03Match
  4. 04Handoff
  5. 05Confirm

These stages are a starting point for owner review. The interactive workspace includes a rotatable 3D view of this proposed flow.

Three questions worth exploring

PUBLIC RESEARCH

These are hypotheses to discuss, with current baselines unmeasured. They do not establish that a problem or loss occurs in this business.

01OWNER INPUT NEEDED

Could an appointment's administrative prerequisites be checked with less back-and-forth before a visit?

A synthetic or de-identified scheduling checklist that records whether required documentation and contact logistics were verified by authorized staff.

What we could measure together

Measure: Visits needing an administrative correction before scheduling (percent of visits).

Agree eligible work, observation window, quality threshold and exclusions with the owner before comparing.

Acceptance boundary: Do not collect patient information in the demonstration, interpret test orders, supply preparation instructions, or decide clinical suitability.

02OWNER INPUT NEEDED

Can route planning fit visit windows and lab handoff deadlines without adding unnecessary travel?

A read-only route worksheet using synthetic locations first, then only owner-approved operational data and fixed pickup/handoff constraints.

What we could measure together

Measure: Logged travel distance per completed comparable mobile visit (miles/visit).

Agree eligible work, observation window, quality threshold and exclusions with the owner before comparing.

Acceptance boundary: Qualified staff preserve specimen handling, timing, and care requirements; no dispatch changes, clinical prioritization, or fuel-saving claim from route estimates.

03OWNER INPUT NEEDED

Could staff locate the administrative status of a specimen handoff more quickly?

A synthetic status-event log with anonymous job ID, timestamp, responsible role, and acknowledgement, highlighting missing administrative events.

What we could measure together

Measure: Time to resolve a handoff-status inquiry (minutes/inquiry).

Agree eligible work, observation window, quality threshold and exclusions with the owner before comparing.

Acceptance boundary: No patient results, diagnoses, or replacement for the authorized laboratory chain-of-custody record; do not infer specimen integrity.

PORTABLE PACKAGE

Make work easier to follow

Use a workboard, acceptance criteria, revision fingerprints and measurement records to define the next useful step.

Prepare and explore

Grant Factory drafts from supplied facts, a public opportunity scout, and fictional-money paper trading tools are included.

Coordinate and learn

LumaCare supports nonclinical coordination practice. Optional AI drafting uses the member's own API account and credits.

The public workspace stores work in your browser. The downloaded Python app adds local backups and optional hourly public-source scout and paper jobs while it stays open. No shared team accounts, clinical deployment, grant submission or live trading are included.

Public sources and corrections

The strength description and questions come from the reviewed public research below. Owner corrections and actual operating records should guide any next experiment.
