Could a shared production checklist catch conflicting versions of audio, video and stage requirements before load-in?

Compare an owner-approved production brief, equipment list and run sheet by version and requirement ID.

What we could measure together

Measure: Late technical requirement changes after the approved brief (changes/event).

Freeze eligible work, observation window and acceptance criteria with the owner; retain incomplete work and exceptions.

Acceptance boundary: Never infer electrical capacity, rigging safety or venue approval; qualified staff retain those checks.

02OWNER INPUT NEEDED

Which equipment or staffing omissions cause avoidable return trips or last-minute substitution?

A manifest checklist reconciles booked equipment, assigned crew and confirmed availability.

What we could measure together

Measure: Preventable equipment return trips per completed event (trips/event).

Count return trips and substitution labor separately over the same frozen event set. Preserve cancelled or incomplete events with their travel and labor; compare only equivalent accepted production scope.

Acceptance boundary: Protect required crew qualifications and service quality; do not silently remove requested equipment.

03OWNER INPUT NEEDED

Can idle AV equipment time be reduced while delivering the same accepted show and rehearsal coverage?

Record metered setup, rehearsal, show and teardown energy with explicit equipment and service boundaries.

What we could measure together

Measure: Total metered event energy per accepted event service (kWh/event).

Freeze eligible work, observation window and acceptance criteria with the owner; retain incomplete work and exceptions.

Acceptance boundary: No energy credit for dropped coverage or shifted generator load; equipment changes need venue and technical approval.
