Wednesday

The roster describes Wednesday as helping campus teams understand student needs and direct support resources.

A public strength profile and free toolkit from a fellow founder. This is an independent contribution, not a website operated by Wednesday.

Three questions worth exploring

PUBLIC RESEARCH

These are hypotheses to discuss, with current baselines unmeasured. They do not establish that a problem or loss occurs in this business.

01OWNER INPUT NEEDED

Can campus requests be grouped into actionable themes without losing less common needs?

Compare a thematic summary of synthetic feedback with a staff-created reference list, including rare themes.

What we could measure together

Measure: Staff time to review all eligible feedback with missed-theme count (minutes/review batch).

Freeze eligible work, observation window and acceptance criteria with the owner; retain incomplete work and exceptions.

Acceptance boundary: Do not infer mental-health conditions or student risk; staff review every proposed theme.

02OWNER INPUT NEEDED

Would current resource information reduce manual checks before staff direct someone to support?

A dated resource checklist records owner, availability source, eligibility and next verification date.

What we could measure together

Measure: Outdated resource references per reviewed directory sample (references/sample).

Freeze eligible work, observation window and acceptance criteria with the owner; retain incomplete work and exceptions.

Acceptance boundary: No automated eligibility or benefit denial; confirm each resource with its responsible campus office.

03OWNER INPUT NEEDED

Which support handoffs lack an acknowledged next owner or closure reason?

A synthetic ticket ledger makes acknowledged ownership, next step and outcome fields explicit.

What we could measure together

Measure: Unacknowledged handoffs beyond a staff-approved target (handoffs/window).

Freeze eligible work, observation window and acceptance criteria with the owner; retain incomplete work and exceptions.

Acceptance boundary: No real student records, confidential stories or disciplinary decisions; closure must reflect actual service, not a cleared queue.

PORTABLE PACKAGE

Make work easier to follow

Use a workboard, acceptance criteria, revision fingerprints and measurement records to define the next useful step.

Prepare and explore

Grant Factory drafts from supplied facts, a public opportunity scout, and fictional-money paper trading tools are included.

Coordinate and learn

LumaCare supports nonclinical coordination practice. Optional AI drafting uses the member's own API account and credits.

The public workspace stores work in your browser. The downloaded Python app adds local backups and optional hourly public-source scout and paper jobs while it stays open. No shared team accounts, clinical deployment, grant submission or live trading are included.

Public sources and corrections

The strength description and questions come from the reviewed public research below. Owner corrections and actual operating records should guide any next experiment.
